Connie's Ric Rac started as a retail store circa 1982. Connie, a mother of 2 boys, ran the establishment where she sold electronics such as radios, digital watches, vcr's, etc. There was no stage or performances at the Ric Rac then, of course, and the only form of entertainment offered was bootleg tapes and videos. Late Summer Happenings
Hey folks!
We have been on vacation for most of this summer but we are back and ready to do some shows!
The theater is new and improved with central air! Plus, the big news! We are no longer a BYOB!
That's right, we have refreshments for sale now at incredible discounts!
We are happy so say are stage was recently blessed by Matt Besser Of The UCB!
He came through town and did a show at our spot via phit. If you know who he is then you know it's pretty cool.
There's lot of great live comedy and music shows hitting our stage super soon! Starting in September we are hosting some Philly Fringe Festival Comedy Shows from Rookie Card and Dead Air!
We are also way excited to be hosting this years Philly Film and Music Conference September 23rd - 26th!
Check back with us soon for more updates!
Best Regards
